Do I need to supply a design?
No. We can design your website, store or app, or build from a design you already have.
Do I have to switch software?
No. We work inside the tools you already pay for, such as Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Go High Level.
Can I see something before I pay?
Yes. Tell us about your fix or new page and we’ll make a free mock-up of it before you pay anything.
How is a project paid?
You get the scope, price and timeline in writing before we start. Projects under $2,000 are paid half to start and half at launch; larger projects in milestones agreed up front. You own the code once the final invoice is paid.
What happens after launch?
The site or app is yours. If you want us to look after it, care plans start at $79 a month for updates, backups and small edits, and you can cancel any time with 14 days’ notice.
Do you work with businesses outside Bangladesh?
Yes. We work with businesses worldwide and book calls in your time zone.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code is written in your GitHub or your client’s repository, and all rights in the work pass to you once the invoice for it is paid. We sign an NDA before kickoff and never contact your clients.
Can you work under our agency’s brand?
Yes. For agencies we work white-label: your clients only know about us if you want them to. We work under your brand, in your Slack and project tools, and can join client calls as part of your team.
What if a developer leaves?
Every project is documented as we go and reviewed by a second engineer, so someone else on the team already knows the codebase and can take over without a restart.
How do you check quality?
Every change goes through code review before it reaches you, and we test on real devices and browsers before handover. You see progress in a weekly update and can review pull requests at any time.
When are you available?
We work Monday to Friday, 6pm to 3am Dhaka time (GMT+6), which is 12:00 to 21:00 UTC: mornings in the Americas, afternoons and evenings in Europe. Calls are booked in your local time, and you get a written update every week.
What happens if the internet goes down in Dhaka?
The team works on backup connections and power, and work lives in the cloud, not on one laptop. If something does slip, you hear it from us first, with a new date.
How do we pay?
Projects under $2,000 are paid half to start and half at launch. Larger projects are paid in milestones agreed before we start. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each month.
